We have expert chefs specialized in the preparation of rich food from the native gourmet gastronomy that are the delight of visitors, both local and foreign. 

Among the dishes that you will find and that attract your attention, are all those that have partridges as their main ingredient. You will be able to enjoy from an excellent stew to salads in which you will find this pickled bird. In addition, among the starters, the Iberian ham croquettes or an Andalusian gazpacho with its excellent garnish stand out. 

There is no lack of a good assortment of hunting meats to enjoy the typical cuisine of the area of Spain in which the hotel is located. Among the available options, there are some that stand out especially, such as the escalopes of deer loin or the hunting partridge. We must not forget either the excellent Iberian rib with baked potatoes that always triumphs.
